Petitioner appeals from a circuit court order upholding the family court's order awarding the Respondent father primary custody of the couple's two children. The family court's decision was based, in part, on the choice of the children, ages ten and six, to live with their father and the fact that the father's current wife provides full time child care in the home while the children's mother works outside the home, requiring the use of outside child care.
