Petitioner Mother appeals the circuit court's May 30, 2013, "Order Refusing Petition for Appeal" that, despite Mother being allocated sole custodial responsibility of the couple's three children, (1) refused to review Petitioner Mother's relocation to Georgia because the family court had not yet ruled on it; and (2) continued the every-other-weekend grandparent visitation schedule that was set by the family court.
