Petitioner appeals his conviction on two counts of conspiracy and two counts of delivery of a controlled substance, crack cocaine, arguing that the circuit court erred in denying his motion to suppress; erred in not accepting his plea agreement; and, erred in allowing certain 404(b) evidence.
