Easy CrockPot Comfort Meal

Cold and dreary winter days call for relaxing at the house with a nice, warm comfort meal. Not just any comfort meal, though, I’m talking about one that is quick, easy and doesn’t require a lot of clean up. One that you can throw in the CrockPot and let it take care of itself. The recipe below for CrockPot Buffalo Chicken Pasta does just that!

What you will need:

-2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

-5 boneless chicken breasts

-1 cup of ranch dressing

-1/4 cup of hot sauce (or however much you desire)

-2 cups of hot water

-1 box of pasta of your choice (I like shells in mine)

Grease your CrockPot with the olive oil and then add in the chicken breasts, ranch dressing, and hot sauce. You want to cook this on high for three to four hours or on low for six to seven hours. Once the chicken breasts are cooked, shred them or chunk them up to your desired size. Add in the 2 cups of hot water and then add in the pasta. Stir well and continue to let it cook. You should stir every 15 to 20 minutes for an hour or until your pasta is ready!
