As an attorney, I often talk with potential clients that have been injured in motor vehicle collisions. Whether the collision is minor or severe, it can affect and impact a person’s life in many ways. No one wants to be involved in a motor vehicle collision but, unfortunately, many people are too often. Although there are advances in vehicle technology, motor vehicle collisions unfortunately still happen every day. Some collisions are because of human error, while others may be due to weather, road conditions, vehicle defects and even the negligence of other drivers.
