A Recipe for Your Next Party
The days between Christmas and New Year’s Day always seem to be filled with gatherings or celebrations with family and friends. Last year, I stumbled upon a recipe my family has now requested I make for at least one of our get-togethers throughout the week. It is super easy and quick, and I’m telling you now to go ahead and double the recipe because everyone will be bummed out when it is gone and they don’t get a piece.
Antipasto Squares
What you will need:
- Two packs of Crescent Rolls
- 1lb of deli ham
- 1lb of pepperoni
- Sliced mozzarella cheese
- Sliced provolone cheese
- Banana pepper rings
- Italian seasoning
- Parmesan cheese
- Marinara sauce for dipping
Let’s make it:
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- Take a 9 x 13 sheet pan. Spray with cooking spray.
- Unroll one pack of the Crescent Rolls and pinch the seams together to make the bottom of your sandwich bread.
- Layer your deli ham on top of the Crescent Roll dough.
- Layer mozzarella cheese on top of your deli ham.
- Layer pepperoni on top of the mozzarella.
- Layer provolone on top of the pepperoni.
- Layer banana pepper rings on top of the provolone.
- Unroll the second package of Crescent Rolls and pinch the seams together on top to make the top of the sandwich.
- Brush the top with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
- Cut into squares and serve with your favorite marinara sauce.
Enjoy!
