National Pie Day

This Tuesday just got sweeter, it’s National Pie Day! This national day started in the 1970’s by a nuclear engineer, brewer, and teacher named Charlie Papazian from Boulder, Colorado. He declared his own birthday, January 23, to be National Pie Day.

My favorite type of pie is my mom’s homemade Peanut Butter Pie. It’s a unique pie that is made in the freezer and served cold!
