Zak Zatezalo joined Bordas & Bordas in 2010. Zak focuses his practice on complex civil litigation with an emphasis on cases involving toxic torts, traumatic brain injuries, and insurance bad faith Zak has obtained successful jury verdicts on behalf of clients involving disputes with a major national insurance company in Sadler v. Nationwide and on behalf of clients involving permanent injuries sustained in an automobile collision in Marshall v. Dunn.
Zak has worked with dozens of national experts in various fields of medicine, industrial hygiene, and chemical exposure in an effort to obtain successful results for his clients and is involved with some of Bordas & Bordas' most difficult and complex matters.
