Michelle Marinacci uses her extensive experience in research and writing to serve the interests of her clients. Michelle has served as Chief of Staff for the Honorable Brent Benjamin, a Justice on the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia. While serving in that capacity, Michelle was intimately involved in drafting the opinions the ultimately became the law in West Virginia. Since joining Bordas & Bordas, Michelle has represented clients against major insurance carriers and has served as co-counsel at trial with Bordas & Bordas partners Scott Blass and Chris Regan in obtaining a verdict of $600,000 in an insurance bad faith in Lemasters v. Nationwide .
