Jeremy was a member of the first graduating class of Wyoming East High School in 1999. Jeremy thereafter attended Concord College in Athens, West Virginia, receiving a Bachelor's in History and graduating with Honors in 2003. During his first two years at Concord, Jeremy was a member of Concord's NCAA Division II men's golf team. He was also an active member and officer in the Iota-Xi Chapter of Tau Kappa Epsilon International Fraternity.
After graduation from Concord, Jeremy attended the West Virginia University College of Law. During his time at WVU Jeremy received the Henry D. Collins Scholarship. He graduated from the College of law in 2006.
