Jason is a graduate of Wheeling Park High School. He later attended West Virginia University where he studied accounting and graduated with honors in 1998. Jason also has a master's degree in professional accounting from Clemson University where he maintained a perfect grade point average - the first student to do so in that demanding program - and won the prestigious Federation of Schools of Accountancy Award. Jason went on to finish among the top of his class and was selected to the Order of the Coif at the West Virginia College of Law in 2003. Jason was selected to serve as an editor of the College's Law Review and won numerous scholarship and academic awards during his law school career.
